To us, There’s no such thing as a “Day of Coordinator”.  We have one standard coordinating package which includes everything you’ll need leading up to your wedding.

  • Unlimited phone and email communication, as soon as we’re hired
  • Wedding planning checklists

  • Initial and final wedding walkthrough
  • Ceremony rehearsal (if applicable)

Management & Execution

  • Managing duties begin 8 weeks prior to wedding
  • Day/Night before preparations
  • Ceremony and reception decor setup and staging
  • Liaison between venue and vendors
  • Day-of management and execution
  • Wedding day tools and emergency kit
